Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At QC Hydrate, we understand that sometimes our clients may need to cancel or reschedule their appointments. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to provide us with adequate notice or fail to show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee of $50 per person.

Late Arrival Policy

We ask that our clients arrive on time for their appointments to ensure that we can provide them with the best possible service. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide you with the full treatment time. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge you for the full appointment time.

Refund Policy

At QC Hydrate, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality services and products. However, if you are not satisfied with our services or products, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and provide you with a satisfactory solution. In some cases, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.
